Splendour Festival 2023

Deliverables: An Aftermovie, a teaser and a series of social cut-downs.

The Brand:

Splendour is trying to reduce the target age of the average festival customer by booking a suite of more contemporary acts and extending the festival to two days over the weekend. Their brief was for the video to create a party atmosphere and showcase the vibrant young demographic that Nottingham is known for.

The film was to contain mixed multimedia such as FPV drone, slow shutter speed video, photo sequences, and other effects to provide a more grungy, organic UGC-style film.

The weather ended up playing a big part of the weekend, with torrential rain storms which hugely affected the content our team could capture. In the end though, the client was very happy that the video fully delivered on the brief.
