Working in the broadcast industry Timeline needed world class visuals for their own marketing strategy.

We worked with them on three large content pieces.


Timeline TV is one of the leading UK 4K broadcasters. With a solid history of quality editing for post production and live programming, Timeline is a recognised and reliable name in UK broadcasting. They travel round to world to bring their expertise to every type of production possible. Summer 2017 boasted the Great North Run, the World Athletics Championships, The Champions League, Love Island and so much more.


We began our partnership with Timeline in early 2017 and have done three large projects to date. As a world leader in broadcast, Timeline realised they needed a professional film making partner to produce their in-house content for marketing and business pitches.

Each project has had a different brief and involved a different type of broadcast be it football, athletics or horse racing. Our task was to understand the broadcast process and capture a visual representation of the work involved in bringing live action to TV screens around the world.

Working in the broadcast industry, it’s crucial that our promotional material is of the highest quality. We like working with DGTL Concepts because we can give them a brief for photography or a behind the scenes film in the knowledge that they will always produce a visually stunning product.

The Content

What we did

How we tackled Timelines’s films.

Our initial task was to develop a full understanding of how the broadcast operation work from engineers, racks and audio, to producers, camera operators and directors. Additional complexities are added such as Live Augmented Reality graphics and Virtual Reality graphics such as the ones showing the offside line in football or the distance markers in horse racing.

Each brief then followed with a specific purpose, be it for general marketing or specific for a business pitch. Each project had specific aims and key messages to deliver alongside visuals which aid the delivery of information.
